We are part of an independent mortgage broking network specialising in arranging home loans for clients, which has been operating since 1997. We have negotiated to represent all major home loan providers in New Zealand including Banks, non bank lenders, Insurance Companies, Building Societies and second tier lenders. We believe if it's at all possible for a client to obtain finance, we'll leave no stone unturned in our efforts to find a lender who'll approve the loan.

Our consultants are highly trained and act for you not the lender. You can be confident of their dedication to obtaining the very best deal your situation allows and because we have access to over 17 different lenders and are experienced at matching lenders products with client needs, we maximise your chances of success.
