Fees for Services

The Home Loan Group (NZ) Ltd has broking agreements with Lenders, who liaise directly with franchisees and consultants, and pay fees for our service upon settlement. In a small number of instances, a brokerage fee for our services may be charged to the client which will be fully disclosed.
